So here we are at the second month of “what _____ looks like.” And before I post my photos, I wanted to acknowledge a couple of people. First of all….I totally forgot to mention where our inspiration for doing this challenge came from. It’s was inspired by a group of extremely talented individuals that were banded together by Shannon Harrison of Jack and Ruby Studios which she in turned was inspired by this blog. She wanted to be able to capture life in a day and “embrace the crazy” (which was coined by her husband Chris) so she contacted a few others to see if they wanted to partake “embracing the crazy.” I’m so glad they did because our group was formed out of their challenge. Thank you guys!! And raise your hand if you need a shirt that says “embrace the crazy” because it seems to be my motto these days!!LOVE that saying!
Secondly, if you haven’t seen Andrea Hanki (from .pink sugar photography) daily photographs of her sweet little princess Lila that she calls “Lila was Here” you have been truly missing out. She captures those little moments of her and she titles and time stamps them. I just love it and I’m sure you will too. As you’ll soon see….I followed her lead with my post this month.
And last of all, my good friend Kristy Lane…you know I do a couple projects with her? LOL!! Anywho, she has taken one of my favorite photos of her son inside the dryer helping her with laundry and I’ve always wanted to do it. So when I was doing laundry one day, I called Grant in and told him to get the stuff out of the dryer for me and I was able to get this. Although it isn’t as spectacular as her’s is, she is the inspiration behind it.
I edited these with Florabella’s New Classic Workflow Set that she just recently released. I LOVE the Classic Rich, Classic Film and 1968 to name just a few.
Alright…so here it is, month 2 and what I named “What Life With Grant Looks Like.” I hope you enjoy it as much as I did documenting it.
